With simple but effective Horst-Link suspension and external cable routing, Norco intends the Torrent DH to be reliable and easy to live with. And with one complete build priced at $4,499 USD, its competitively priced, too.Norco Torrent DH DetailsWith the Torrent DH, Norco went out of its way to make a gravity bike thats simple, durable, easy to fix, and easy to trust. That includes a burly aluminum frame with 200mm of travel front and rear. No idlers, no high pivots, just a classic Horst Link layout with Norcos VPS (Virtual Pivot Suspension) design. It comes in a mixed-wheel size configuration only.For ease of ownership, Norco gave the Torrent DH fully external cable routing and a threaded bottom bracket to make maintenance tasks hassle free. For durability, theyve included comprehensive, replaceable frame protection, including integrated fork bumpers, a branded shuttle guard, chainstay protector, and a bashguard.The complete build and frameset come with a custom-tuned RockShox Vivid Air gravity shock, and the bike is also coil shock compatible. Additionally, Norcos Ride Aligned setup guide provides bike setup suggestions to get your suspension settings close to perfect, right out of the gate.Other details include 12 x 148mm Boost axle spacing and frame clearance for tires up to 2.5 wide.
