Redshift Sports is known for some unique and, well, kinda funky components. From stems and seatposts with a bit of squish to kitchen sink handlebars and bags. And then there are the Mousetrap Pedal Adapters. This platform attaches to an SPD pedal, turning clipless pedals into flat pedals. But Redshift doesnt just make quirky, clever cycling products. They also create solid components that sometimes just make you say: Damn, that looks good. The Top Shelf Flat Bar is one of those products. From clunker to commuter, the Top Shelf Flat Bar is designed with a classic look and a comfortable ride. If youre familiar with the RedShift Top Shelf Riser Drop Bars, this is the logical next step with a flat bar version. The flat bar geometry still helps to reduce fatigue and puts the rider in a more natural hand and wrist position without sacrificing control and braking. Here are the details:6061 T6 aluminumBlack anodized finish800mm width (can be trimmed)50mm or 70mm rise70mm rise (left) / 50mm rise (right)14 backsweep / 5 upsweep31.8mm diameter22.2mm crossbar (shims are available for mounting needs)Weight: 552g or 544g (depending on rise)Lifetime warranty and 90-day risk-free trial$129.99 USD / $189.99 CAD / 119.99 GBP / 139.99 EUR / $229.99 AUDredshiftsports.comThe post Redshift Provides a Generous Rise With Its New Top Shelf Flat Bars appeared first on Bikerumor.
