Why was it put in in the first place? 1m active travel path branded pointless as steps and fences render it inaccessible to cyclists and wheelchair users

Its great that progress was made but then it stalled and its got to a situation where it may as well not have started, a Cycling UK spokesperson said, as the council insists a ramp will be installed by spring 2027
